Beginning shortly before the opening of Disneyland, either through conscience effort or osmosis, Walt Disney Productions started making a significant number of their films that were either thematically or aesthetically aligned with the lands of its park.
Fantasyland is the easiest parallel to make as the studio's productions from its inception were used directly in that area of the park. It is literally a Disney land. Originally named "True-Life Adventureland" has Walt's nature documentary series in the title. Lady and the Tramp, Pollyanna, Summer Magic, & The Happiest Millionaire are quintessentially "Main Street Movies" and (unfortunately) 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea is the only direct representative for Tomorrowland. And these are just a few examples of Walt's synergistic cinema.
Here is what I would argue is the closest thing we ever got to an "Enchanted Tiki Room Movie". Beyond its naval bookends, this film is set on an unnamed island of tropical splendor complete with beautiful island girls that would be right at home in Adventureland's Tahitian Terrace, Tiki Gods, Mid-Century Modern Exotica music, and even an Audio-Animatronic talking bird. Starring Dick Van Dyke & Nancy Kwan, from 1966 here is Lt. Robin Crusoe U.S.N.
