Hollywood Boulevard
Between the triumphant themes of Entrance Plaza and the grandiose overtures of the central hub, our ears are treated to a complete tonal shift from the dramatic to a dreamlike atmosphere that transports us back to the Golden Age of the silver screen. As the Main Street of the Disney•MGM Studios, Hollywood Boulevard's original soundscape is similarly comprised of period pieces only this time showcasing symphonic arrangements of several Academy Award-winning songs from the first in 1934 thru the end of the "Studio System" in 1965 presented here for the first time in its original stereophonic state.
Part of the Studios Soundtrack Series created to preserve the original atmospheres of the park by presenting restorations of its underscores.
